Yes. The diagnosis works with whatever you currently track, even if that's a spreadsheet you're not proud of. Part of the first phase is putting structure around what you already have.
No. Most clients start with one. The diagnosis tells you whether the structure or the leadership is the actual constraint, and whether the other track is worth adding later.
No. I work with entrepreneurs anywhere, in any sector, as long as revenue sits between €500K and €5M.
Dutch or English. Whichever you actually think in.
On Strategist, if the new structure isn't running as agreed within 90 days, I continue free until it is. On Coach, if you haven't measurably reduced what you're personally handling within 90 days, same thing. The risk sits with me, not you.
Beta Program spots are capped at five. Once they're gone, new clients go straight into standard track pricing.
